Well more specifically I am addicted to Diet Coke (not the white powdery stuff!). I have tried to go off it! I tried and I tried! I get so grumpy when I reach in my fridge and my diet coke box is empty! I know it's so bad for me (especially while breastfeeding!). But what can I say, we all have our vices right! What's your addiction??

Coffee. I need to have it every morning, otherwise I am a terrible witch and have an excruciating headache. It used to be coke but then we transitioned into coffee!! I don't blame you one bit!
Coffee or Chai tea. So addicting. I get a really awful headache in the morning if I don't have my coffee. It's awful...but ohhh, do I love it :)
Dr. Pepper and it can't be diet I need the real thing. I can however drink Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi but not Diet Dr. Pepper. My neighbor is also addicted to Diet Coke, but hers has to come from McDonalds straight out of the fountain, she makes at least 3 runs a day!!
Coffee and Kit Kats. This time of year is really bad for me.
Sugar - I can't have tea without 2 heaping spoons - same for my coffee...I've tried it with other artificial sweeteners and I just can't stand the taste...
For drinks it is Crystal Light, I find it hard to just drink straight water. Good for you on breastfeeding!! I don;t think DC does any harm.
It took a long time for me to kick diet soda. Every now and then I treat myself. My problem is coffee. I once quit drinking it for 3 days only to get the most awful migraine ever. I haven't missed a day without coffee since!
Coffee,
Same as yours sweetheart--DC all the way, especially a fountain DC from McD's!
A few months ago, I would have told you Diet Coke as well. But then I started getting horrible migraines (all new to me). I switched to regular coke and they have gotten much better.
I gave up DC a few months ago, but sadly it has been replaced with sugar! I might want to trade back!
Haha! I have a little diet coke addiction myself! Usually around 3:00 in the afternoon I am scrounging around for change so I can hit the drink machine at work.
Oh well! I guess our addiction could always be worse!
