If you're like me it's easy to get completely stumped when it comes to cooking for a holiday weekend, or for a nice Summer evening. This cookbook has saved me so much grief. In the Kennedy Kitchen: Recipes and Recollections of a Great American Family. It's written by Neil Connolly who was the chef at the Kennedy's house in Hyannis Port for years. Included in the book are tons of Summer friendly recipes. There's also a few personal stories and photos of the Kennedy Family. This book is a must have for your cookbook collection!
